If it helps, I can prebook appointments later in the day when caffeine wears off! Complimentary to-go coffee & snacks are always available for after services! - Gum chewing can move the entire face during servicing causing misplaced lashes! -Try to silence phones before appointments to ensure a relaxing appointment! You deserve it! -Leg rests are available if you prefer not to lay flat to help with any restlessness and help with comfortability! Feel free to ask for one before your appointment! -Maximized expressions and hand/arm movements can affect tape AND lash placement, ultimately delaying the service! Soak in every second, relax, and feel more than welcome to drift off to sleep! -A lash bath is always given before every lash extension service! Although, that still requires proper aftercare at home. Please keep lash extensions sanitary for your future appointments! -If for any instance you are experiencing any symptoms involving eye or lid irritation after appointments please reach out to me to insure a proper game plan for future services! -If fill in appointments are pushed out to more than 4 weeks or you have more than 50% fallout please reach out to confirm more time with me! -When wanting prior lash tech’s work filled in please ALWAYS request for a foreign fill in on my service list to ensure proper time duration. There is a chance of a removal and fresh set if I believe that is the best route to take. YOU ARE GIVEN THREE TIMES TO RESCHEDULE AN EXISTING APPOINTMENT WITHIN MY CANCELATION GUIDELINES BEFORE A RETAINER (FULL SERVICE PRICE) IS REQUIRED FOR CONTINUATION OF DATE CHANGING FOR YOUR SERVICE. ALL CLIENTS MUST PROVIDE A CARD TO BOOK AND MUST DO SO ONLINE. THE PURPOSE OF THE CARD IS ONLY FOR BOOKING AND CANCELATION POLICY. IT WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS A CANCELATION IS MADE 24 HOURS OR LATER (THIS INCLUDES RESCHEDULING DURING THIS PERIOD), NO SHOWING YOUR SERVICE, OR EXCEEDING MORE THAN THE 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT START TIME. YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF YOUR SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES. IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME CLIENT AND NO SHOW YOUR SERVICE YOU WILL HAVE TO PUT DOWN A FULL SEVICE PRICE RETAINER TO BOOK AGAIN. OTHER THAN THE CANCELLATION POLICY, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IF YOU GIVE PERMISSION DURING CHECKOUT. FAILURE OF PAYMENT FOR NO SHOW OR CANCELATION WILL RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER FOR NEXT/FUTURE APPOINTMENT. PLEASE ADVISE THERE IS A 3.5% PROCESSING FEE IF A CARD IS CHOSEN FOR PAYMENT. CASH IS ALWAYS ACCEPTED.
